SEASON PASS INFORMATION
2023-2024 Season Passes are valid from Opening Day to Closing Day of the 2023-2024 season. No black out dates – no pre-booking required.
Season Pass prices for the 2023-2024 Season remain unchanged from last season!
Age as of December 1, 2023. Guests must provide government issued proof of age at time of pick up.
Season Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable without optional Season Pass Refund Option (below).
UPLOADING SEASON PASS PHOTOS & EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK RELEASE
To avoid lengthy waits when picking up your pass, upload photos and complete the exclusion of liability, assumption of risk release for the 2023-2024 season prior to your first visit to Mission Ridge Winter Park. Instructions are provided by email after you purchase your season pass.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
Cancel your 2023/2024 Season Pass anytime before opening day and receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee – no questions asked. To request a refund on your Season Pass before opening day, please email daylodge@missionridge.ca with your name and contact information, one of our guest services team will contact you as soon as possible.
RESORT CLOSURE POLICY:
In the event that our resort is unable to open for the 2023-2024 ski season, passholders will have their season passes credited in full for the following season (2024-2025) and will not be subject to price increases.
Season Passes will not be discounted/rebated in the event of a government mandated shut down during the ski season not exceeding 30 days. Season Pass holders will receive a prorated discount off 2024-2025 season passes should a government mandated shut down exceed 30 days.
MID-SEASON PASS REFUNDS:
-Season Passes will be refunded based on the following dates.
-Refund amounts are calculated using the following:

Refunds requested prior to Opening Day are subject to a $25 processing fee.
